  Roofing in the future should include solar energy as it is a sun exposed surface. Also I hate seeing asphalt shingles get dumped into the environment. I really like the idea of Tesla Solar panels. I'd like to see how this technology matures.

  It's been 2.5 years since they did our new roof. It does not leak and no shingles have blown off. That's the most important thing but not the only thing.

  I am also not impressed with the oversight of the GAF Certified Installer Program. It is meant to reassure customers but has weaknesses in oversight and repercussions for installers. I recommend getting the Installation Warranty by GAF on top of the standard 50 year shingle defect warranty. The best shingle in the world is only as good as the weakest part of installation

  They did the job for a reasonable price............however I would not use them again nor would I recommend them.
